Can I access my account information on the Internet?

Yes, you can log onto NetBranch to view and make transactions on your account. There is no fee for this service. Call us at 740-522-5277 for a username and password.

Can I access my account through the telephone line?

Yes, you have 24 access to all your accounts through RockLine, and there is no charge for this service. It’s easy to check your account balance or checking account history.

What about ATM or debit cards?

We offer VISA Check Card. There is a monthly fee of $2.50, but no transaction fees. And if you are a PowerPac member, your VISA Check Card is FREE!

Are there monthly service charges for savings or checking?

NO.

What is the minimum balance to earn dividends?

You can earn dividends each day that your balance is $300 or more.

Is there a limit on the number of withdrawals?

NO.

Is my money insured?

Yes, up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration.

Can my family members join the Credit Union, too?

Yes, if you are a member from one of our select employee groups, your family members are eligible, too!
